Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026: Where to Stay With a Group (Nov 19–21)
The Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix is back on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit from Thursday, November 19 to Saturday, November 21, 2026, with the race itself on Saturday night at 8 PM. If you’re bringing friends, family, coworkers or a fan club, the hardest part isn’t getting tickets. It’s finding one place where the whole crew can stay together during one of the busiest weekends of the Las Vegas year.
777 Rentals has hosted groups in Las Vegas since 2007. Here’s how to plan a Grand Prix trip around a private vacation home instead of a block of hotel rooms, and which of our homes fit best.
Why a private home works on race weekend
Race weekend is a late-night event. Practice, qualifying and the race all happen after dark, so your group will be out late and sleeping in. A private home gives you:
- One place to meet before and after. Everyone leaves together from the same front door and comes back to the same living room, kitchen and backyard. No more texting room numbers across hotel towers.
- A kitchen for the long days. With the race at 8 PM on Saturday, a big group breakfast or an afternoon barbecue saves money and keeps the crew together before heading out.
- Somewhere to watch. Not everyone in a group has a ticket for every session. Every 777 Rentals home has Roku smart TVs in every bedroom and common area, so anyone staying in can stream along.
- Space to come down. After the checkered flag, a backyard, a pool table or a spa beats a crowded casino bar.
Pick a home close to the Strip
The circuit runs through the heart of Las Vegas, so being a few miles off the Strip is the sweet spot: close enough for a short ride in, far enough away for a quiet night’s sleep. Our Events page lists the circuit as roughly a 9 to 19 minute drive from our homes with no traffic. Race weekend will not be a no-traffic weekend, though, so plan extra time, and check the official Las Vegas Grand Prix schedule for session times and road information before you head out.
These are the 777 Rentals homes closest to the south Strip:
- TUF House (about 1.8 miles from the south Strip): 11 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, sleeps 30, all on a single level on 2.5 private gated acres. It has a private par-3 mini golf course, a pool with optional heating (propane), a spa with optional heating, two full kitchens, two family rooms and Strip views from a private gated cul-de-sac. The Ultimate Fighter Season 29 was filmed here.
- South Strip Comfort (about 2 miles): 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 8, on a single level with half an acre of private backyard. There’s a waterfall pool, a spa with optional heating, a putting green, a basketball court, a fire pit and a casita with its own pool table. A good fit for a smaller crew.
- Southwest Castle (about 2.1 miles): 8 bedrooms, 6 baths, sleeps 24, with plenty of King and Queen beds, a pool, a spa with optional heating, a shaded gazebo, a pool table, ping pong, cornhole and ladder toss.
- West Strip Paradise (about 2.5 miles): 10 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, sleeps 30, on a full acre. A 6-bedroom main house plus a 4-bedroom casita with its own kitchen means two sub-groups can each have their own space. The upstairs game room opens onto a balcony with full Strip views, and the pool and spa have optional heating (propane). It was the filming house for The Ultimate Fighter seasons 33 and 34.
- Southwest Ranch (about 2.9 miles): 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeps 20, newly remodeled, with four bedrooms on the main level, three in a finished basement, and a large fenced backyard with a BBQ and cornhole. There’s no pool here.
Want a resort feel between sessions?
Vegas Resort is about 4.8 miles from the south Strip and sleeps 21 in 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It’s a full acre of private backyard with a pool, 9-hole mini golf, pickleball and basketball, a mini beach volleyball court, a barrel sauna, a gas fire pit and a game room with a pool table and foosball. A log cabin pool house adds a full kitchen and three bunk beds. The spa has free gas heating, and pool heat is optional at $110 per night, which is worth thinking about on cool November evenings.
Plan for November weather
Race nights in Las Vegas are often chilly, so pack jackets for the track. Back at the house, a warm spa is the best part of the night. A few things to know before you book:
- Heat-pump pools work only when it’s above about 50°F outside and can take several days to warm up, so request pool heat well before arrival. At Southwest Castle, a heat-pump pool may reach only the 60s or 70s in colder months.
- Gas- and propane-heated pools, like those at TUF House, West Strip Paradise and Vegas Resort, are the better choice if your group really wants to swim in November.
- See the Pool page and the pool heating FAQ for every home’s setup.

Grand Prix group trip checklist
- Lock in your dates first. For a Thursday-to-Saturday event, many groups check in Wednesday, November 18 and check out Sunday, November 22. See which homes are open for those dates →
- Count bedrooms, not just “sleeps.” Every property page has a bed configuration list, so you can see who gets a King and where the bunks are.
- Sort out rides. Decide who’s driving and how you’ll get to and from the circuit, and check the Getting Here page for airport tips.
- Ask about pool heat early if a warm pool is part of the plan.
- Book direct. Found the same home on Airbnb or Vrbo? 777 Rentals will beat that price when you book direct on our site.
