Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
Pick a home, enter your dates in the booking box on its page and book instantly. You can also check all homes for your dates at once. Luxury Estates are booked by inquiry: send your dates and we'll confirm availability and price.
Why book direct instead of Airbnb or Vrbo?
Booking direct skips the booking-site fees. If you find one of our homes listed for less on Airbnb or Vrbo, tell us and we'll beat that price. See Why Book Direct.
How big are the homes?
Our homes have 4 to 11 bedrooms and sleep up to 30 guests. Each home page lists bedrooms, baths, sleeping capacity, the bed configuration, floor plans and a video tour where available.
Where are the homes?
Most of our homes are about 2–8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Each home page describes its location.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our homes allow pets. See the pet-friendly homes; each home page shows whether pets are allowed.
What are the Luxury Estates?
Partner-owned luxury homes advertised by 777Rentals. Reservations are by inquiry only. See the Luxury Estates.
Are the pools heated?
Most homes offer optional pool heating, charged per night; each home page has a Pool Heating section with the heater type and price. 🔥 Gas/propane-heated pools can be heated year-round. 🌡️ Heat-pump pools can’t heat into the 80s when it’s under about 50°F outside, so they run cooler on cold days and nights. A few homes have unheated pools. See homes with pools.
How long have you been in business?
777Rentals has been hosting in Las Vegas since 2007.
