Group Trip Planning Tips
For family, friends and corporate groups heading to Las Vegas.
- 1
Book early for big weekends
Large homes are limited, and dates around major events (see Events This Month) fill first. Lock in the house, then plan the rest.
- 2
Match the house to your headcount
Check each home's "Sleeps" number and bed configuration so everyone has a real bed. Our All Properties table compares sleeps, bedrooms and beds side by side.
- 3
Assign rooms before you arrive
Use the floor plans on each home page to decide who sleeps where. It saves time on arrival day.
- 4
Think about getting around
With a group, a couple of rideshares or a rental van is often simpler than coordinating many cars. See Getting Here for each home's distance to the airport and the Strip.
- 5
Split costs up front
Agree on how you'll split the house, food and activities before the trip, and collect shares early.
- 6
Plan a mix of in and out
Balance nights on the Strip with time at the house: pool, games and cooking together. Book shows and tours ahead (see Things to Do & Tours).
- 7
Stock up once
One big grocery run on day one is cheaper than eating out for every meal with a large group.
- 8
Respect the neighbors and each home's rules
Read each home's description and notes for its guest limits and rules. Following them keeps the stay smooth.
