Who can join: this is a business referral program. It is open to (1) temporary and insurance housing firms (ALE / insurance-claim displacement housing), corporate housing providers and relocation companies; (2) travel agencies, tour and event companies, destination management companies and concierge services; (3) wedding and event planners, sports team and tournament travel coordinators, and convention / trade-show planners; (4) corporate HR and travel managers booking stays for staff or crews (film, production, construction); and (5) travel media and influencers with 10,000+ followers on one platform. Individuals referring friends or family are not eligible.

Affiliate Terms
1. Eligibility. The program is open only to businesses and creators in these categories: (1) temporary and insurance housing firms (including ALE / insurance-claim displacement housing), corporate housing providers and relocation companies; (2) travel agencies, tour and event companies, destination management companies and concierge services; (3) wedding and event planners, sports team and tournament travel coordinators, and convention and trade-show planners; (4) corporate HR and travel managers booking for staff or crews (for example film, production or construction); and (5) travel media and influencers with at least 10,000 genuine followers or subscribers on one platform. Business applicants must provide a legal business name and a working business website. Individuals referring friends or family, and anyone seeking a one-time discount, are not eligible. We may verify business details, follower counts and audience data. Each application is reviewed and approved individually by the owner of 777 Rentals; participation begins only after written approval. We may decline or end any affiliate relationship at any time.
2. Commission. You earn 10% of the nightly rent actually paid on a qualifying booking. Commission excludes taxes, cleaning and service fees, security deposits, damage charges, pet fees, add-ons, and any amount refunded or charged back.
3. Qualifying booking. A direct booking with 777 Rentals (not through Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other platform) by a new guest who clicked your referral link and submitted an inquiry within [90] days, or who names your code when inquiring. The stay must be paid in full and completed. Cancelled, refunded, or no-show stays do not qualify. If more than one affiliate is involved, the most recent referral link clicked before the inquiry gets the credit.
4. Payment. Commissions are paid within about 15 days after the guest checks out, by Zelle only. The minimum payout is $50; balances under $50 roll over to the next payout. A completed IRS Form W-9 must be on file before your first payout, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
5. No self-referrals. You may not earn commission on your own stays, or stays booked by you, your household, or anyone using your link on your behalf.
6. Advertising rules. Do not bid on "777 Rentals", "777rentals", or similar brand terms in Google, Bing, or any paid search or social ads. Do not use coupon/deal sites, spam, or misleading claims. Do not promote the homes for bachelor or bachelorette parties or describe them as party houses, and do not call any home a "group home." Describe them as Las Vegas vacation homes or vacation rentals. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission (FTC rules).
7. Brand use. You may use our name, photos, and listing links only to refer guests, and you must stop when asked.
8. House rules. Guests you refer must meet our normal booking requirements and house rules. We decide whether to accept any booking.
9. Fraud. We may withhold or claw back commissions earned through fraud or a breach of these terms.
10. Changes. We may update these terms or commission rates with notice. Bookings already inquired keep the rate in effect when they were made.
11. Relationship. You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of 777 Rentals, and may not take bookings or payments on our behalf.
